Eligibility and Accounts

Marketplace Role

Perpetual aggregates listing information from third-party sources. Prices, availability, condition, and listing details may change without notice. Unless explicitly stated, Perpetual is not the seller or merchant of record.

No Purchase Guarantee

Users are responsible for independent due diligence before any transaction, including authenticity, seller reputation, and condition verification.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading use of the service.
• No attempts to interfere with service security or availability.
• No unauthorized scraping or automated extraction beyond permitted use.

Intellectual Property

Perpetual branding, UI, and platform content are protected. Third-party trademarks, listing images, and marketplace content remain property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers and Liability

Perpetual is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perpetual disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or abuse of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
