Perpetual provides watch listing discovery and market intelligence tools. By using Perpetual, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security and accurate information.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

Marketplace Role

Perpetual aggregates listing information from third-party sources. Prices, availability, condition, and listing details may change without notice. Unless explicitly stated, Perpetual is not the seller or merchant of record.

No Purchase Guarantee

Users are responsible for independent due diligence before any transaction, including authenticity, seller reputation, and condition verification.

AI Concierge

Perpetual may offer an AI concierge that answers questions and suggests listings. Its responses are generated automatically and are provided for information and discovery only. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and Perpetual is not acting as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Perpetual does not guarantee that any watch will hold or increase in value. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate; verify details against the underlying listing before relying on them. You remain responsible for your own due diligence and decisions, as described under No Purchase Guarantee. Conversations with the concierge are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading use of the service.
  • No attempts to interfere with service security or availability.
  • No unauthorized scraping or automated extraction beyond permitted use.

Intellectual Property

Perpetual branding, UI, and platform content are protected. Third-party trademarks, listing images, and marketplace content remain property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers and Liability

Perpetual is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perpetual disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or abuse of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
